EXCHANGES & RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, item(s) may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a size exchange or partial refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. To request a return authorization number, please contact us at customercare@aboutique.hk.

  • Please kindly state clearly your order number and the item(s) you wish to return while emailing us your return & exchange request.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items.

 

EXCHANGE

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Return shipping cost is responsible for customer.

Exchange can only be accepted within 7 days after receipt of your order.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you refund your item(s) and place a new order for the alternative style(s).

REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 14 days after we have received the return item(s).

  • Please note that the taxes & duties, which you were charged by your local customs, are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

 

RETURN POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ABoutique and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

< Shoes >

We advise to try on shoes on a clean surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

< Socks, Tights and Leggings >

Socks, Tights and Leggings are non-refundable due to hygiene issue.

< Faulty Item >

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us at customercare@aboutique.hk, quoting your order number, name, address, and details of the product and fault. We will respond as soon as possible to acknowledge your issue and may request a few photographs of the fault for review.

The photographs will be sent across to our representatives from the appropriate brand to determine the course of action.

Please note that we will not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.

If an item is reported as faulty and we reach an agreement on compensative measures — such as a partial refund or discount — please note that the item will no longer be eligible for further refunds or exchanges once you choose to keep and continue to wear it. Failure to cooperate with this process will release ABOUTIQUE from any liability for additional refunds.

When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please also email us a photograph or scan of your proof of postage, so that we can refund you for the postage expenses incurred.

Please note that we can only provide reimbursement for return shipping if you provide proof of postage in the form of a valid courier or postal receipt. If your original order was paid by card, we will also require a valid PayPal address to process the return shipping refund. You will be contacted for this information once the returned package has been received.

< Colours >

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ABoutique Online Shop. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All items are quality-controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
  • We prefer that items be returned to us via S F Express for customers from China, Taiwan, Macau. For all other customers, please return your items through the local post office by registered air post.
  • Customers are required to provide the track code or airway bill after the return item(s) are dispatched.
  • We do not accept returns & exchanges for all sale items.

We can only accept cancellation of order within 2 hours after you have placed your order.
